应用体外培养药敏试验观察Ｓ９５１抗阴道毛滴虫的作用。小剂量Ｓ９５１（５０μｌ）在４８ｈ内有全部杀灭阴道毛滴虫的作用，且随药量的增加杀虫作用增强。Ｓ９５１经临床试用于３１例滴虫性阴道炎患者，与甲硝唑对照组比较，两者疗效无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但Ｓ９５１有用药后无毒副反应的优点。
In vitro culture sensitivity test observed S951 Trichomonas vaginalis role. Small doses of S951 (50μl) all within 48h to kill Trichomonas vaginalis role, and with the increase in the amount of pesticides increased. S951 clinical trial in 31 cases of trichomonas vaginitis patients, compared with the metronidazole control group, there was no significant difference between the two efficacy (P> 0.05), but there is no drug side effects of S951 after treatment.
