目的:探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后角膜瓣移位的临床特点和处理方法。方法:对山东省淄博市中心医院2007-06以来遇到的6例术后角膜瓣移位患者情况进行分析。结果:3 248只眼LASIK术后3 d内发生角膜瓣移位4例,术后5个月、3 a后外伤出现角膜瓣移位2例。经过角膜瓣重新复位,视力均达到1.0。结论:LASIK术后角膜瓣移位者的及时检查治疗是视力恢复的重要前提,无论LASIK术后多长时间,患者都应加强自身的防护,避免眼部外伤。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features and treatment of corneal flap after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods: Six cases of postoperative corneal flap transplants encountered in 2007-2007 in Zibo Central Hospital of Shandong Province were analyzed. Results: There were 4 cases of corneal flap shift within 3 days after LASIK in 3 248 eyes, and 2 cases of corneal flap displacement occurred at 5 months and 3 years after operation. After corneal flap reset, visual acuity reached 1.0. Conclusion: The prompt examination and treatment of corneal flap displacement after LASIK is an important prerequisite for visual acuity restoration. No matter how long after LASIK, patients should strengthen their own protection and avoid eye trauma.
