目的了解秦皇岛市水体环境中军团菌的污染现状,为控制军团菌病的爆发流行建立预防预警机制提供依据。方法对秦皇岛市部分水源地以及高层建筑物的中央空调循环水系统、二次供水及管网水采取随机方式抽取500ml,根据ISO11731:1998(E)等标准,采用3种方法处理样品,利用生长培养基BCYE和选择性培养基GVPC进行军团菌的分离培养,采用胶乳凝集试验进行军团菌的鉴定分析。结果共采集水样117份,检出军团菌26份,检出率为22.22%,其中冷却水的检出率最高,为55.56%。结论秦皇岛市中央空调冷却循环水系统军团菌污染严重,要密切监测其动态变化,建立预防预警机制。
Objective To understand the status of Legionella contamination in water environment in Qinhuangdao and provide the basis for the prevention and early warning mechanism of the outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease. Methods A total of 500ml of central air conditioning circulating water system, secondary water supply and pipe network water were collected from some water sources and high-rise buildings in Qinhuangdao City. According to ISO11731: 1998 (E) and other standards, the samples were treated by three methods, Legionella culture medium BCYE and selective medium GVPC were isolated and cultured, latex agglutination test for the identification of Legionella bacteria. Results A total of 117 water samples were collected and 26 Legionella strains were detected. The detection rate was 22.22%. The detection rate of the cooling water was the highest (55.56%). Conclusion Qinhuangdao central air-conditioning cooling circulating water system Legionella serious pollution, it is necessary to closely monitor the dynamic changes, the establishment of prevention and early warning mechanism.
