Zhejiang Cangnan Industrial Park (Wenzhou Lingjiang Shanhai Cooperation Demonstration Park) was developed from the original Cangnan Lingxi Industrial Park, initially built in 1998, Cangnan County in 2003, the county government in order to implement the provincial party committee and government “on accelerating Some Opinions on the Economic and Social Development in Less Developed Areas ”(Zhejiang Committee [2001] No. 17) and in 2003, it was approved by the Wenzhou Municipal People’s Government to establish the Wenzhou Lingjiang Shanhai Cooperation
