水泥基材料中介质的传输非常复杂。采用氯盐溶液自然浸泡法研究了收缩裂缝对混凝土材料中氯离子传输性能的影响。采用板式约束收缩方式诱导混凝土裂缝,借助于图像分析技术,并选取平均裂缝宽度参数对裂缝进行表征。通过检测在5%氯盐溶液中浸泡60 d后的混凝土不同部位氯离子的浓度,发现裂缝的存在加强了氯离子在混凝土中的传输,并且氯离子扩散性能随着裂缝宽度的增加而增加,同时讨论了氯离子在开裂混凝土中的传输机理。
The transport of media in cement-based materials is very complicated. The effect of shrinkage cracks on the chloride ion transport in concrete was studied by natural immersion method of chloride salt solution. The concrete cracks were induced by the restraint plate restraint method, and the fractures were characterized by means of image analysis technology and the average crack width parameters. By detecting the concentration of chloride ions in different parts of concrete after soaking for 60 days in 5% NaCl solution, it was found that the existence of cracks enhanced the chloride ion transport in concrete and the chloride ion diffusion performance increased with the increase of fracture width. The transport mechanism of chloride ion in cracked concrete is also discussed.
