金秋方尽,寒意乍到。2011年11月16日,中国生产力学会第16届代表大会在北京友谊宾馆隆重召开,本次大会的主题是“民生经济:转变经济发展方式的目标”。十届全国人大常委会副委员长、中国生产力学会名誉会长蒋正华就本届大会的主题——民生经济:转变经济发展方式的目标发表致辞,他认为民生问题贯穿史今,关注民生是治国之本,并指出当前是我们发挥作用为国家出智献策的好时机,我们要组织、行动起来,认真、深入研究民生问题,深入研究科学发展
