Britain was the birthplace of the first industrial revolution and was also a country that made a great contribution to the development of science, including statistics. It has created well-known statisticians such as William Fitti, Card Pearson and F Fisher . Today, the British government statistical agency is still a department with a high social status and a longing for young people. Whenever the British government statistical agency recruits statisticians from the community, there are an endless stream of applicants, and very few were recruited. One can imagine the taste of “passing five customs and cutting six wills.”
