讨论了粉饼类化妆品的成分配比,通过添加分析纯Pb粉末,采用硼酸镶边垫底的粉末压样法,制备了用于X射线荧光分析的粉饼类化妆品Pb元素的标准样品,保证了标样和待测样品基体大致相同。在XRF分析过程中选择Pb Lβ作为分析线,建立了粉饼类化妆品Pb元素的工作曲线,其线性相关系数为0.9977,检出限为2.30μg/g。对市售5款粉饼化妆品进行了Pb含量检测,样品加标回收率为106%;待测样品RSD为2.7%(n=11);5款样品中有2款Pb含量略高于当前国标限值。
The composition ratio of powder cosmetics was discussed. The standard sample of Pb element for cosmetics of powder cakes for X-ray fluorescence analysis was prepared by adding analytical pure Pb powder and using the powder compact sample method of boric acid bordering bottom. In the process of XRF analysis, Pb Lβ was chosen as the analytical line, and the working curve of Pb element of powder cosmetics was established with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9977 and a detection limit of 2.30 μg / g.
