目的:研究艺术修养课对高等职业技术学院学生的主观幸福感的影响及相关影响因素。方法:通过整群抽样,采用总体幸福感量表对重庆水利电力职业技术学院学生主观幸福感开展调查。结果:350名高职生参加了调查。研究对象总体幸福感量表33项总得分为104.32±14.44分。前18项得分为72.52±10.25分,男生为74.45±11.26分,低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(t=2.56,P<0.05);女生为70.58±13.21分,低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(t=3.28,P<0.05)。不同性别高职生总体幸福感量表总分无差异(P>0.05),不同每月生活费高职生总体幸福感量表总分生活费较高者较高,生活费较低者较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。农村高职生总体幸福感量表总分低于城市高职生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。选修艺术修养课程后,高职生在幸福感总分、对生活的满足和兴趣(S)、忧郁或愉快的心境(SM)、以及松弛和紧张或焦虑(RT)几方面有较为显著的改善(P<0.05)。结论:高等职业技术学校学生主观幸福感低于全国常模,经济水平对高职生主观幸福感影响较大;艺术修养课程对高职生的心理幸福感具有积极的促进作用。应对该类学生给予特别关注。
Objective: To study the influence of art training lesson on subjective well-being of students in higher vocational and technical colleges and its influencing factors. Methods: Through the cluster sampling, the overall happiness scale was used to investigate the subjective well-being of students in Chongqing Institute of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering. Results: 350 vocational students participated in the survey. The total score of 33 subjects on the overall happiness scale was 104.32 ± 14.44. The score of the first 18 items was 72.52 ± 10.25 points and the score of boys was 74.45 ± 11.26 points, which was lower than the national norm, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.56, P <0.05); the score of female was 70.58 ± 13.21 points, , The difference was statistically significant (t = 3.28, P <0.05). There was no difference in the total score of overall happiness scale among different vocational college students with different sexes (P> 0.05). The higher the total cost of living, the higher the total cost of living was, the lower the cost of living was, the difference was Statistical significance (P <0.05). The total score of overall happiness scale of rural vocational college students was lower than that of urban vocational college students, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After selecting Art Courses, the higher vocational students had a more significant improvement in the total scores of happiness, satisfaction and interest (S), melancholy or pleasant mood (SM), relaxation and nervousness or anxiety (RT) (P <0.05). Conclusion: The subjective well-being of students in higher vocational schools is lower than that of the national norm, and the economic level has a greater impact on the subjective well-being of higher vocational students. The art training course has a positive effect on the psychological well-being of higher vocational students. Special attention should be given to such students.
