文学史和艺术史研究者对于从“文革”到“改革”转折期先锋文艺的研究,多把重点放在对先锋作品主题的阐释、对作品风格与西方现代艺术的关系的梳理、对先锋文艺与体制关系的判断等方面,而对这一时期的先锋文艺活动在开拓社会话语空间方面所起到的重要作用关注不足。本文以第二届“星星”美展说明书及其印售时的收支明细为分析对象,结合展览现场的观众留言,对这一时期先锋文学与艺术间的联合、体制内外的关联以及艺术家与普通志愿者的共同参与等状况进行讨论,并以真实具体的动态数据来重构当时先锋文艺传播的公共性。
