On October 26th, Shanghai’s high school students issued an initiative to integrate their youthful blood into the “three represents.” Nearly 2,000 members of the party’s 150 middle school board members actively responded and solemnly vowed in the party’s swearing: “Always follow the party!” There are statistics showing that the number of high school students applying to join the party this year in Shanghai has reached nearly 10,000. The 331 high school students entered the party gloriously and injected fresh blood into our party. The number of high school students participating in the party’s chapter study group in the city has accounted for 17.1% of the total number of middle school students.
