目的 :了解住院精神分裂症苯二氮类药物 (BZD)使用和依赖情况。方法 :采用随机抽样的方式 ,对 6 0 0例精神分裂症在治疗中使用 BZD的情况进行分析。结果 :83.3%的病例使用 BZD,6 8.8%的病例因长期使用 BZD而出现程度不等的药物依赖现象。结论 :临床工作中应高度重视 BZD的依赖性
Objective: To understand the use and dependence of benzodiazepines (BZD) in hospitalized schizophrenic patients. Methods : A random sampling method was used to analyze the use of BZD in the treatment of 600 cases of schizophrenia. RESULTS: 83.3% of the cases used BZD, and 6.8% of cases had drug dependence phenomenon of varying degrees due to the long-term use of BZD. Conclusion: The dependence of BZD should be highly valued in clinical work
