我国本身人口基数大,加之近年来城市建设的发展,对房屋土地资源的需求不断加大,越来越多的人将重点放到了对地下空间资源的开发和利用。而地下室因其实用性的特点,往往在大空间和足体量上有所要求,这便不可避免会导致其超过设置伸缩缝的最小间距。同时,由于各种原因导致的施工时或使用中地下室混凝土产生裂缝,随之造成严重渗漏水问题,影响到建筑物的施工进程、施工安全、使用安全及基本功能。故本文探讨了如何从技术层面和影响因素方面来改善地下室裂缝及渗漏水现象,从而减少防水和后浇带留置时间给施工带来的影响。

Therefore, this article explores how to improve the cracks and seepage water in the basements from the technical aspects and influencing factors so as to reduce the impact of waterproofing and post-pouring zone retention time on the construction.
