LL-37是发现的人类唯一的Cathelicidins家族成员,也是人体内唯一的双亲性α螺旋结构的抗菌肽。近年来,很多实验证明了LL-37具有抗微生物活性、免疫调节、抗肿瘤和影响疫苗作用等多功能效应。目前耐药菌不断产生,人们不断试图寻找抗生素外对抗病原体的方法。抗菌肽LL-37即成为当今人们研究的一大热点,人们对LL-37的认识也越来越透彻。本文就其结构特点、生物学作用特点、机理及临床应用前景作一综述。
LL-37 is a member of the only Cathelicidins family found in humans and the only amphipathic α-helical antimicrobial peptide in the human body. In recent years, many experiments have proved LL-37 has anti-microbial activity, immune regulation, anti-tumor effects and the role of vaccines and other multi-functional effects. Currently, drug-resistant bacteria are constantly emerging and people are constantly trying to find ways to fight pathogens outside of antibiotics. Antibacterial peptide LL-37 that has become a hot topic in today’s research, people’s understanding of LL-37 is also more and more thorough. This article reviews its structural features, biological characteristics, mechanism and clinical application prospects.
