人力资源管理是企业发展的软实力,是企业能够健康稳定发展的源动力。在新的历史条件下,已经进入了知识经济时代,人才就是企业致胜的法宝,所以人力资源管理工作至关重要。尤其是在激烈的市场竞争环境下,铁路企业的发展受到了很大的挑战,需要在经营策略以及服务质量方面有所提升,这就需要加强人力资源管理,为企业的发展创造更大的价值,从而提升企业核心竞争力。文章对于铁路企业人力资源管理中存在的问题进行了分析,然后提出了解决的对策,对于促进铁路企业的进一步发展具有重要的意义。
