目的:探讨体育类大学生注意品质特点与心理健康的关联。方法:采用90项症状清单、简式注意和人际关系方式测验对273名体育类大学生及266名非体育类大学生进行施测,运用SPSS21.

目的:探讨体育类大学生注意品质特点与心理健康的关联。方法:采用90项症状清单、简式注意和人际关系方式测验对273名体育类大学生及266名非体育类大学生进行施测,运用SPSS21.0软件将数据结果进行t检验分析、卡方检验及相关分析。结果体育类大学生心理健康状况优于非体育类大学生。体育类大学生注意的视野广阔、思考内省的因子均分显著高于非体育类大学生(p<0.05),注意的外干扰、自我干扰、常出差错因子均分显著低于非体育类大学生(p<0.05)。结论:体育类大学生心理健康程度、注意品质优于非体育类大学生。
Objective: To explore the relationship between quality characteristics and mental health of physical education college students. Methods: A total of 273 sports college students and 266 non-sports college students were tested with 90 symptom checklist, short note and interpersonal relationship test. The results of SPSS 21.0 were analyzed by t-test, chi-square test and related analysis. Results The mental health of sports college students is better than that of non-sports college students. Sports college students pay attention to a wide field of vision, thinking introspective factor was significantly higher than non-sports college students (p <0.05), attention to external disturbances, self-interference, often error factors were significantly lower than non-sports college students p <0.05). Conclusion: The mental health of college students is better than that of non-sports college students.
