The famous educator Sukhomlinski once said: “Music education is not musician education, but human education.” What is the education? The core is to develop students’ good learning habits so that it proactively Learn knowledge in class and enjoy a sense of achievement in learning. Many music teachers have neglected this, often a lesson 40 minutes “bustling ” to the past. Unsurpassed classroom management led to teachers no longer dedicated to teaching, students can not enjoy learning, music class has become a veritable “deputy section ”. Visible, classroom management is a management art. The author takes the Orthodox Ocarina lesson as an example to talk about how to rationally use humanistic forces to create an efficient classroom and improve teaching efficiency.
