针对现有装载机液力传动系统传动效率低的问题,从节能的角度出发,以液力变矩器的传动效率保持在高效区为原则,以涡轮转速与发动机转速比即传动比、油门开度为参数,提出针对装载机在不同初始挡位下的模糊换挡策略,使液力变矩器工作在高效区域的同时满足当前工况对装载机性能的要求。根据模糊策略,利用模糊控制工具箱对其进行仿真。仿真结果表明,该模糊控制方法可以对装载机在不同初始挡位、油门开度及传动比下进行挡位变换,得到最佳的动力性能。
Aiming at the problem of low transmission efficiency of the existing hydraulic transmission system of the loader, from the energy saving point of view, the principle that the transmission efficiency of the torque converter is kept in the high efficiency zone is taken as the principle. The relationship between the turbine speed and the engine speed ratio, As a parameter, the fuzzy shift strategy for loader under different initial gears is put forward to make the torque converter work in the high-efficiency region and meet the requirements of current loader’s performance. According to fuzzy strategy, fuzzy control toolbox is used to simulate it. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control method can change the gear of the loader under different initial gear, throttle opening and transmission ratio to get the best dynamic performance.
