中长跑运动是一项单调、辛苦的运动项目,中小学生很难自发地对中长跑运动产生兴趣,体育课中教学组织也比较困难,学生长期坚持锻炼的人数较少,大多数学校中长跑运动的水平比较低。对此,笔者以中小学开展的阳光体育冬季长跑运动为契机,在本地区中小学实施了中长跑主题系列赛的方案,以赛激趣、以赛促练、以赛育人,有效地促进了沭阳县中小学生阳光体育冬季长跑运动的开展,并为中小学培养了一批中长跑运动人才。
