由上海财经大学朱荣恩教授编著的《企业内部控制规范与案例》一书,近日由中国时代经济出版社出版。该书根据财政部等五部委2008年发布的《企业内部控制基本规范》框架体系编写,全面反映我国内部控制实务规范发展的基本思路和方向,内容涵盖内部控制理论、应用、评价和案例等多个方面,是企业管理人员深刻理解和应用内部控制的有益参考。
A book entitled “Norms and Cases of Enterprise Internal Control” edited by Professor Zhu Rong’en at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics was published by China Times Economic Press recently. This book is based on the framework of “Basic Norms of Enterprise Internal Control” released by the five ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Finance in 2008, and comprehensively reflects the basic ideas and directions for the development of the practice and norm of the internal control in our country. The book covers internal control theories, applications, evaluations and cases On the one hand, it is a useful reference for enterprise managers to deeply understand and apply internal control.
