支承座的轴承支承刚度值的合理确定是大型高速动平衡机设计的关键问题。本文通过理论分析和试验研究,揭示了轴承刚度对挠性转子振型的影响及其变化规律,为大型高速动平衡机支承座的轴承支承刚度值的设计选择阐明理论根据。
The reasonable determination of bearing support stiffness of bearing seat is a key issue in the design of large-scale high-speed dynamic balancing machines. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and experimental study reveal the influence of bearing stiffness on the flexural modes of flexible rotor and its variation rules, and clarify the theoretical basis for the design choice of the bearing stiffness of bearing for large-scale high-speed dynamic balancing machines.
