邮电部科技期刊协作网于1991年4月20日至26日在江西九江市召开了第三次邮电科技期刊编辑研讨会,出席会议的有43个单位的63名代表。四川省邮电科研所(主办《四川邮电技术》)、邮电部第五研究所(主办《现代有线传输》)、重庆邮电学院(主办《重庆邮电学院学报》)及成都市电信局(主办《成电科技》)的五位同志分别代表所办刊物的编辑部出席了会议。网长单位南京邮电学院学报主编王洪生同志致开幕词。江西省局科技处、科技情报中心站和九江市邮电局的负责同志以及部科技情报中心陈玉茹等同志出席了开幕式并讲了话。
Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Science and Technology Periodicals Collaboration Network in April 20, 1991 to 26 in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province held the third post and telecommunications science and technology journal editor seminar, attended by 43 representatives of 63 units. Sichuan Posts and Telecommunications Scientific Research Institute (host “Sichuan Posts and Telecommunications Technology”), the Fifth Institute of Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (host “modern wired transmission”), Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (hosted “Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications”) and Chengdu Bureau of Communications Electrical Technology ") five comrades, respectively, on behalf of the editorial department of the publication attended the meeting. Network long unit Nanjing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications editor Wang Hongsheng comrades to the opening speech. Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of Science and Technology, Science and Technology Information Center Station and Jiujiang City Post Office responsible comrades and the Ministry of Science and Technology Information Center Chen Yuru and other comrades attended the opening ceremony and made a speech.
