“减负增效”是当前义务教育初中段教学的主旋律,因为既能促使教师切实减轻初中生过重的学业负担,又能促使教师保证教学质量的稳步提高,从而提高学生的基本素养。提高学生素养,语文教学责任重大,其中更以农村初中语文教学为最。本文结合了20余年农村初中语文教学实践,着重从“合适课堂评价机制的构建”、“适宜教学方法的选用”、“有效课堂活动的设计”等方面进行了创新性探索。
“Reducing Burden and Increasing Benefit” is the main theme of current junior high school education in compulsory education because it can not only help teachers reduce the academic burdens of junior middle school students, but also promote the steady improvement of teaching quality so as to improve their basic literacy. Improve the quality of students, Chinese teaching a great responsibility, of which the most rural junior high school Chinese teaching. This paper combines more than 20 years of junior high school Chinese teaching practice in rural areas, focusing on innovative exploration of “the construction of appropriate classroom evaluation mechanism”, “appropriate selection of teaching methods”, “effective classroom design” and so on .
