利用盈建科软件计算某超高层核心筒桩筏基础,对比分析了三种计算模型,分别是不考虑上部结构刚度计算模型、考虑上部结构刚度计算模型及变刚度调平法计算模型。结果表明:考虑上部结构刚度与桩筏基础的变形协调,能有效降低筏板的配筋量;在保证桩的承载力能够满足上部荷载的情况下,可以通过变刚度调平法,调节筏板的变形,能够减少筏板的配筋量,避免不必要的浪费。
The Yingjianke software was used to calculate the pile foundation of a super high-rise core tube, and three kinds of calculation models were compared and analyzed. They were the upper structure stiffness calculation model, the upper structure stiffness calculation model and the variable stiffness leveling calculation model. The results show that considering the coordination of deformation of the superstructure and the pile-raft foundation, the amount of reinforcement in the raft can be effectively reduced. Under the condition that the bearing capacity of the pile can satisfy the upper load, the raft can be adjusted by the variable stiffness leveling method. The deformation can reduce the amount of reinforcement in the seesaw and avoid unnecessary waste.
