本文论述了双层辉光离子镍铬共渗的渗层组织结构和成分,讨论了渗层厚度与镍铬共渗工艺参数的关系。试验研究表明:镍铬共渗层厚度取决于共渗温度、保温时间和试样材料,其变动范围0~250微米。铜的镍铬共渗层中的镍铬含量可在0~85%的范围内变动。此外,还列举了双层辉光离子镍铬共渗工艺在碳钢钢板上的应用。
In this paper, the structure and composition of the infiltrated layer of the double glow-ion Ni-Cr coating are discussed. The relationship between the thickness of the infiltrated layer and the technological parameters of Ni-Cr coating is discussed. Experimental studies show that the thickness of the Ni-Cr diffusion layer depends on the co-infiltration temperature, the holding time and the material of the sample, and the variation ranges from 0 to 250 μm. The nickel-chromium content in the copper-nickel-chromium co-diffusion layer can vary from 0 to 85%. In addition, the application of double glow-ion Ni-Cr coating on carbon steel sheets is also listed.
