国际商务谈判在国际间的交易中一直以来都是处于核心地位的,随着经济的全球化发展,中国和美国的经济交往不断加深。但是来自两国的摩擦也在不断上升,这主要是因为国家之间的文化差异造成的。不同的国家会有不同的文化理念,而这些文化理念在商务谈判中有着很重要的作用。本文将从中国和美国的文化价值体系入手分析这两个国家的文化差异,对这两个国家的文化差异做一个大致的比较,而后再分析由于这些差异而造成的影响,最后提出相应的对策,以加深两国之间的商务谈判力度,减小由于两国之间文化而造成的差异,增加谈判成功的希望。
International business negotiations have always been at the center of international trade. With the globalization of economy, the economic exchanges between China and the United States have been deepening. However, the friction between the two countries is also on the rise, mainly because of the cultural differences between countries. Different countries have different cultural concepts, and these cultural ideas play an important role in business negotiations. Based on the cultural value systems of China and the United States, this article analyzes the cultural differences between the two countries and makes a rough comparison of the cultural differences between the two countries. Then, it analyzes the influences caused by these differences and finally proposes the corresponding countermeasures So as to deepen the commercial negotiations between the two countries, reduce the differences caused by the culture between the two countries and increase the hope for the success of the negotiations.
