连续顶推箱梁混凝土一次浇筑施工实现了梁体表面光滑,无蜂窝麻面,外美内实,梁体几何形状符合规范要求。施工中注意混凝土入模温度、养护温度及拆模的内外环境温度保持较小的温差及张拉的特点,避免长大混凝土梁体产生收缩裂纹和温差裂纹。介绍了跨蓝烟铁路特大桥连续梁施工布局、支架搭设及连续梁施工工艺,其施工经验可供类似工程参考。
Continuous pouring of a box girder concrete pouring construction to achieve a smooth beam surface, no honeycomb Ma face outside the United States and real, beam geometry meets the specifications. Pay attention to the construction of the concrete into the mold temperature, curing temperature and inside and outside the demolition of the mold to maintain the temperature difference between the inner and outer temperature and tension characteristics to avoid shrinkage cracks and temperature difference cracks in concrete beams. This paper introduces the construction layout of continuous beams across Lanyan Railway Bridge, the erection of brackets and the construction technology of continuous girders. The construction experience can be used for reference for similar projects.
