当前,关于经济自由与经济效率的分别研究已经屡见不鲜了,但是深入探讨二者关系的著述并不多见,文章分析了经济自由与经济效率的关系,并提出我们应该在经济法视野下了去处理经济自由与经济效率的相互关系,实现经济的又好又快发展。当前,对经济自由和经济效率的研究已经屡见不鲜了,但深入探讨二者关系的著述微乎其微,本文试图在此方面有所突破。
At present, the research on economic freedom and economic efficiency are not uncommon. However, it is rare to find the in-depth study on the relationship between the two. The paper analyzes the relationship between economic freedom and economic efficiency and puts forward that we should go from the perspective of economic law Deal with the relationship between economic freedom and economic efficiency so as to achieve a sound and rapid economic development.
