对厚度为8mm的退火9Cr—1Mo钢炉管进行了冷裂纹、再热裂纹敏感性的试验研究,认为该钢焊接时的t8/5不小于13s时,可以不预热焊接,并给出了其他情况下选择预热温度的图表。进行了回火参数对该钢模拟粗晶区韧性及硬度的试验,并用阶梯冷却法及加(无)载短时等温时效试验考察了入选回火参数对高温时效性能的影响,结果表明该钢焊后宜进行740~780℃、至少保温2h的SR退火处理。最后用上述焊接条件进行了实际炉焊焊接接头试验,取得了满意的结果。
