科学发展观包括的内容和涉及的问题,有基本理论与深度理论之分,有“基本理论问题”与“深度理论问题”之别。“深度理论问题”是在“基本理论问题”基础上深化、延展、开拓的结果。当前对科学发展观的理论研究,迫切需要在揭示和探索科学发展观所蕴含的一系列“深度理论问题”上下功夫,对什么是科学发展观蕴含的深度理论问题、为什么要研究这些问题、具体有些什么问题、如何研究这些问题等作出必要说明和系统分析。
