稀土在作物上的研究和使用,我国始于1972年。它对作物的发芽、幼苗生长和产量都有很大的促进作用,并影响作物自身和某些物质代谢及其酶活。但稀土元素用于食用菌上,对食用菌生理机制的研究报道较少。本试验采用不同稀土浓度处理香菇培养料,在培养25天、50天、85天、145天取样,测定培养基中三素变化和20ppm浓度下有关酶活变化,结果稀土处理对物质降解有促进作用,能提高营养生长阶段的酶活性。 一、材料与方法 (一)菌种 香菇7402,由本所提供。 (二)试验方法 采用三角瓶培养,培养基采用常规木屑麸皮培养基,在25℃下培养和栽培。 (三)组分分析 在培养0天、25天、50天、85天,145天取样,试验设CK、10ppm、20ppm、30ppm处理,样品60℃烘至恒重,粉碎,60目过筛。测定方法:干样品1.000g,置于碘瓶中,加入70ml中性洗涤剂,于高压锅100℃下保持40分钟,后提高到115℃20分钟,取出用G_3漏斗抽滤,残渣用90℃蒸馏水、95%乙醇、丙酮冲洗数次,将残渣进行真空干燥.

Samples were dried at 60 ℃ to constant weight, crushed and sieved through 60 mesh. Determination: dry sample 1.000g, placed in an iodine bottle, add 70ml neutral detergent, maintained in a pressure cooker at 100 ℃ for 40 minutes, then raised to 115 ℃ for 20 minutes, removed by G_3 funnel suction filtration, the residue was distilled water 90 ℃ , 95% ethanol, acetone rinse several times, the residue was vacuum dried.
