认清形势 增强信心 迎难而上 努力完成二○○○年全省财税工作任务——在全省财税工作会议上的讲话(摘要)

全省财税工作会议的主要任务是:深入贯彻落实中央经济工作会议,省委六届八次、九次全会,全国财政工作会议和全国税务工作会议精神,总结1999年全省财税工作,认真分析当前的财税形势,研究部署2000年的财税工作。会前,省财政厅、省国税局、省地税局汇报了1999年的工作总结和2000年的工作安排,省政府都原则同意。下面,我讲几个问题。

The main tasks of the province’s fiscal and taxation work conference are to thoroughly implement the Central Economic Work Conference, the 8th and 9th Plenary Sessions of the 6th Provincial Party Committee, the National Finance Work Conference and the National Taxation Work Conference, summarize the fiscal and taxation work in the province in 1999, and earnestly analyze Current fiscal and taxation situation, study and deploy the fiscal and taxation work in 2000. Before the meeting, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Internal Revenue Service and the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau reported the work summary in 1999 and the work arrangements in 2000. The provincial governments agreed in principle. Below, I say a few questions.
