随着当今社会经济的飞速发展,房地产业也迎来了迅速壮大的机会,城市化进程加快等原因导致大城市用地紧张,催生了高层建筑迅速增加,其高度和密度都不断扩大,而这个现象相伴而生的还有高层建筑的消防问题,高层建筑高度高,一旦发生火灾,一般消防水枪难以喷射到,消防云梯高度也有限,消防人员无法及时进入到火灾根源地进行灭火,导致灭火救援难度加大,人民生命财产得不到有效保护,火灾危害无法得到有效控制,本文初步探寻了高层建筑的消防设计审核,并提出一些见解。
