经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)是泌尿腔内手术中开展早、积累经验多和效果较好的手术。国外一些发达国家90%以上前列腺肥大均采用此种术式治疗,国内尚属开始阶段。为了推广此新技术,现就开展此项工作中的一些问题,提出粗浅看法,供同道参考。一、必要的设备包括金属尿道扩张器(F18～28号)、切除镜,高频电刀及气囊尿管。有条件时可准备膀胱碎石器。根据我国人的体型,切除镜不必太粗,F24较适宜,镜鞘前端选圆滑的短唇者,观察镜除0°直视镜外,也应准备30°、70°斜视镜,便于切除前后更好的观察膀胱内全貌。电极可用F24及F26者(一般电极可用至比镜鞘大2号)。高频电刀性能要好,切割时不粘组织,最好选切割与凝固有不同的脚踏开关,工作时发出不同声响,便于操作。冲洗液有5%甘露醇、4%葡萄糖、1.8%尿素
