《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指出:“中小学要由应试教育转向全面提高民族素质的轨道,面向全体学生,全面提高学生的思想品德、文化科学、劳动技能和身体、心理素质,促进学生生动活泼地发展,办出各自的特色。”那么,作为基础学科的小学数学教学,如何实施这一要求呢? 一、明确对学生数学素质的要求,端正教学的指导思想,是实施素质教育的前提。
