随着我国机械工业的调整和发展,对机械产品的品种、质量的要求不断提高,这不仅是我国国民经济各部门生产日益增长的需要,而且也是使这些产品进入国际市场的先决条件。因此我国热处理工艺技术必须尽快采用国际标准和向国际先进水平靠近。当前需要从基础技术和加工工艺过程的全面质量管理进行切实有效的工作。其中包括:热处理用材料的质量控制;材料加工工艺过程的外部与内在质量的监督;热处理工艺装备水平的提高(包括监测控制仪器生产率、能源消耗、无污染、控制精度等);热处理工艺方法与工艺规范的优化设计;热处理质量检查和分析(包括检测仪器与方法)水平的提高;以及加强生产技术管理和提高热处理工人技术水平等。为了尽快实现这一目标,在当前积极采用国际标准,着手制订我国机械行业通用的
With the adjustment and development of the machinery industry in our country, the demand for the variety and quality of mechanical products is constantly increasing.
