房地产已成为我国支柱产业,房地产市场的关联效应极大地带动了国民经济相关产业的发展。但在我国房地产业高速发展的同时,由于政府宏观调控不力、监管措施不到位,加上相关法律缺失,致使房地产市场过度膨胀。虽然政府已经意识到这一问题的严重性,并出台了一系列调控措施,意在加强房地产市场的监管,但离问题的根本解决尚有一段距离。分析了我国房地产市场中存在的问题,并就这些问题的解决提出了建议。
Real estate has become a pillar industry in China. The real estate market has greatly stimulated the development of related industries in the real estate market. However, while the rapid development of real estate industry in our country, due to the government’s macro-control is not enough, regulatory measures are not in place, coupled with the lack of relevant laws, resulting in over-expansion of the real estate market. Although the government has realized the seriousness of this issue and has promulgated a series of regulatory measures aimed at strengthening the supervision over the real estate market, it still has some distance from the fundamental solution to the problem. Analyzes the existing problems in the real estate market in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to solve these problems.
