高校财务管理是学校能够可持续发展,完善基础建设以及改善师资水平的基础,随着我国新型教学目标的出台,坚持人才强国战略,大力倡导素质教育成为了教学的新趋势。但是由于传统财务管理理念的束缚,资金无法实现高效利用,管理体制也相对匮乏,学校甚至还出现了负债情况。针对新时期背景下高校财务管理面临的挑战,高校必须对其开展深入的探讨,创新理念研究的方法,从而强化财务管理的能力,促进高校更好的发展。
The financial management of colleges and universities is the basis for sustainable development of schools, improvement of basic construction and improvement of the level of teachers. With the promulgation of new teaching objectives in our country, adhering to the strategy of strengthening our country by talents and advocating quality education has become a new trend of teaching. However, due to the shackles of the traditional financial management concepts, the funds can not be used efficiently and the management system is relatively scarce. Schools even have liabilities. In the light of the challenges faced by the financial management of colleges and universities in the new era, colleges and universities must conduct in-depth discussions on them and innovate methods of research on concepts so as to strengthen the ability of financial management and promote the better development of colleges and universities.
