目的探讨980 nm半导体激光气化治疗前列腺增生的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2011年11月至2012年5月,980 nm半导体激光治疗前列腺增生患者30例,激光能量167306~721100 J。对患者手术成功率、手术时间、术后留置尿管时间、术后住院时间、手术前后国际前列腺症状评分(International Prostate Symptom Score,IPSS)和手术前后最大尿流率等指标进行总结分析。结果 30例患者手术成功率100.0%,术后留置尿管时间(5.7±0.8)d。术后4周、3和12个月尿流率和IPSS评分较术前明显改善(P<0.01);术后3和12个月尿流率和IPSS评分,较术后4周也有明显改善(P<0.01);而术后3个月与术后12个月比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论高功率980 nm半导体激光应用于前列腺气化是安全、有效的治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 980 nm semiconductor laser vaporization for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Retrospective analysis of November 2011 to May 2012, 980 nm semiconductor laser treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in 30 patients, the laser energy 167306 ~ 721100 J. Surgical success rate, operation time, postoperative indwelling catheter time, postoperative hospital stay, International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) before and after surgery and maximum flow rate before and after surgery were analyzed. Results The success rate of operation in 30 patients was 100.0%, and the duration of indwelling catheter was 5.7 ± 0.8 d. The urinary flow rate and IPSS score at 3, 12 and 12 months after operation were significantly improved compared with those before operation (P <0.01). Urine flow rate and IPSS score at 3 and 12 months after operation were also significantly improved compared with those at 4 weeks after operation P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference between 3 months after operation and 12 months after operation (P> 0.05). Conclusion High power 980 nm semiconductor laser for prostate gasification is a safe and effective treatment.
