伴随着中国对外开放的纵深推进,越来越多的中国人走出国门,到国外提供劳务,换取报酬。但是,由于种种因素的制约,近年来,中国劳务人员合法权益受侵害现象屡见不鲜。如日前频见报端的在日中国研修生事件,以及所衍生出来的一系列社会问题,使这个日本最大的华人“劳工群体”成为各方瞩目的焦点。日前,中国商务部国际贸易经济合作研究院研究员梅新育和《日本新华侨报》总编辑蒋丰就日本研修生的“生存实态”进行了全方位的解读与分析。
With the deepening of China's opening up to the outside world, more and more Chinese people go abroad to provide labor services in return for compensation. However, due to the constraints of various factors, the phenomenon of infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese laborers has not been uncommon in recent years.
