《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》明确提出,构建社会主义和谐社会取得新进步,是未来五年我国经济社会发展的重要目标,要实现这个目标,需要从人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题入手。医疗保险事关民生之本,是构建和谐社会的重要内容。为此,在今后的医保工作中,要特别突出地解决好“不和谐因素”的“四大矛盾”。
The Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development clearly states that making new progress in building a harmonious socialist society is an important goal of China’s economic and social development in the next five years. Therefore, in the future medical insurance work, we must particularly and prominently solve the “four major contradictions” of “discordant factors.”
