工农速成小学之建立,主要是为提高区级干部之文化水平,从而提高其工作能力,其次是为培养一部份工农干部为将来继续深造作准备。乃自今年五月成立以来,各地对此精神领会不够,不认真执行,以致在选送学员上,未能符合规定标准,造成工作上很大的损失。其中以运城专区最为严重:有家属、有疯人、有脑筋不清根本不能学习的、有犯错误的、而工作年限不够条件者为数更多。其他学校亦有类似情形,大大违反了省府成立工农速成小学的意旨。为了切实贯澈执行省府颁布之工农速成小学实施办法,此种情况应及早予以纠正,使学校早日走上正规。为此,各地于接到指示后,应立
