论文查证是高校图书馆参考咨询工作的核心内容之一。随着查证指标的日益多元化,论文查证服务呈现的纷争也越来越多。查证中的纷争主要包括同名(同音)作者之争、共同通讯作者之争、SCI论文分区之争、文献类型之争、查证要求的争议、查证机构的争议等等。文章从打破查新机构的垄断、区分论文收录滞后问题、计算共同作者贡献量、图书馆职责范围等方面提出了建议与思考。
Thesis verification is one of the core contents of university library reference work. With the increasingly diversified verification indicators, there is more and more disputes over the verification service of the essay. Conflicts in the verification mainly include the author of the same name (homonyms) dispute, co-author of the dispute, SCI papers zoning dispute, the type of literature dispute, the verification requirements of the dispute, the verification agency controversy and so on. The article puts forward suggestions and reflections on breaking the monopoly of search and innovation institutions, distinguishing the lags behind collection of papers, calculating the contributions of co-authors and the scope of responsibility of libraries.
