Objective: To investigate the changes of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood of mice with S180 sarcoma, and to treat them with naja naja atra venom (NNAV). Impact on MDA and SOD. METHODS: MDA and SOD 1 in blood were measured by TBA colorimetric assay and homogenous competitive inhibition of radioimmunoassay.
