事业单位工资制度改革经历了一个理论与实践交织发展的过程,取得了很大成效,但在运行过程中也暴露了一些缺陷。工资改革必须本着从实际出发,边实践边完善的原则。从健全外部机制、推进配套改革、调整不合理的工资关系等方面提出下一步改革设想
The reform of the wage system in public institutions has undergone a process of intertwined development of theory and practice and has achieved great success. However, some defects have also been exposed during the operation. Wages reform must proceed from the reality, while practicing the principle of perfection. From the aspects of improving the external mechanism, advancing supporting reforms and adjusting unreasonable wage relations, we propose the next reform plan
