目的:探讨安全、无创、便捷的超声影像是否可以替代肝活检成为诊断肝纤维化的首选方法。方法:将2000年1月至2006年4月深圳市东湖医院456例慢性乙型肝炎住院患者分别行肝活检病理检查与超声影像检查,并对比其肝纤维化的诊断符合率。结果:肝活检S3与对应的超声检测结果符合率最高,达92.98%;肝活检S0、S1与对应的超声结果符合率较高,分别达66.37%和61.63%。结论:超声影像学可作为临床检测肝纤维化的常用方法。
Objective: To investigate whether safe, noninvasive and convenient ultrasound imaging can replace liver biopsy as the first choice for diagnosis of liver fibrosis. Methods: From January 2000 to April 2006, 456 CHB patients hospitalized in Donghu Hospital of Shenzhen City were examined by liver biopsy and ultrasound imaging respectively, and the diagnostic coincidence rate of liver fibrosis was compared. Results: The coincidence rate of liver biopsy S3 and corresponding ultrasound was the highest (92.98%). The coincidence rates of S0 and S1 with corresponding ultrasound were higher, reaching 66.37% and 61.63% respectively. Conclusion: Ultrasound imaging can be used as a common method for clinical detection of liver fibrosis.
