瘦素参与整个妊娠过程,可溶性瘦素受体与代谢综合征、2型糖尿病有着密切关系。瘦素可通过不同的信号转导途径,与胰岛素进行双向调节,共同影响妊娠期糖尿病母体糖代谢和脂质代谢过程,可溶性瘦素受体通过调节瘦素的可利用率和浓度,增加瘦素敏感性,间接参与机体的内分泌代谢过程。文章就瘦素及可溶性瘦素受体在妊娠期的变化及作为妊娠期糖尿病早期筛查指标的可行性进行综述。
Leptin participates in the whole process of pregnancy. Soluble leptin receptor is closely related to metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Leptin can be bi-directionally regulated by insulin through different signal transduction pathways, which can affect maternal glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism during pregnancy. Leptin can increase the availability and concentration of leptin by regulating leptin availability Sensitivity, indirectly involved in the body’s endocrine and metabolic processes. This article reviews the changes of leptin and soluble leptin receptor during pregnancy and the feasibility of screening as an early screening index for gestational diabetes mellitus.
