监理人员在工程项目建设过程中的地位比较特殊,存在独立性特点,受建设方面委托,对工程项目进行监管,协调各方面施工,保证项目顺利开展.随着社会经济的发展,我国城市规模急剧扩张,土建工程需求量较大,为了实现高效的土建工程项目建设,保证项目施工品质,必须充分发挥监理人员的重要作用,消除各种不良因素对土建工程产生的影响,推动土建工程领域整体发展.本文就土建监理在土建施工中的重要性以及如何提升其重要性进行分析.
