小学教师地位窘迫,基于本身的学力水平,教与研的开展受到重重阻隔。如何剖开这些障碍,如何更快地适应教师的新型角色定位?笔者认为,做好当下的教师,首先要是一个好学生,包括作为“学生”的教师是师生互动的文化基础,作为“好学生”的教师是师生追求的文化导向,作为“学生”的教师是教师研究的文化实体。
Primary school teachers are in a dilemma. Based on their academic ability, teaching and research are severely obstructed. How to cut off these obstacles and how to adapt to teachers’ new roles more quickly? In my opinion, to be the current teacher, first of all, if a good student, including teachers as “students ”, is the cultural foundation of teacher-student interaction, “Good student ” teacher is the culture guide that teacher and student pursues, the teacher that is “student ” is the cultural entity that teacher studies.
