白细胞介素 2 0 (interleukin 2 0 ,IL 2 0 )是近来发现的白细胞介素 10相关细胞因子家族的新成员。人和小鼠的IL 2 0分子均由 176个氨基酸组成 ,两者同源性为 76 %。IL 2 0与IL 10有 2 8%的同源性 ,与其它IL 10家族成员如IL 19,IL 2 2 ,IL 2 4 ,IL 2 6在氨基酸序列上具有一定的同源性 ,但生物学功能却不尽相同。IL 2 0能够调节皮肤正常生理功能 ,活化角质细胞中的STAT3途径 ,促进一些细胞因子、趋化因子的大量表达 ,从而调节皮肤早期炎症的发生。本文对IL 2 0的编码基因、分子结构、表达与调控、受体与信号传导途径和生物学活性作一综述。
Interleukin 2 0 (IL 2 0) is a newly discovered member of interleukin 10-related cytokine family. The human and mouse IL20 molecules are composed of 176 amino acids, both of which have a homology of 76%. IL20 has 28% homology with IL10 and has some amino acid sequence homology with other IL10 family members such as IL19, IL22, IL24 and IL26, but biology Function is not the same. IL 2 0 can regulate the normal physiological function of the skin, activate the STAT3 pathway in keratinocytes, and promote the massive expression of some cytokines and chemokines to regulate the occurrence of early skin inflammation.
